1. Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process.
Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.

2. How long are returns valid for?
Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Garden Sprinklers products arrives.
If you have received the Garden Sprinklers products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.
3. About back goods freight and re-listing fees
– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Garden Sprinklers (such as breakage, machine failure, machine failure to start, blockage, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Industryleaderw.com.

(3) Garden Sprinklers shall be new and unused condition.
(4) Garden Sprinklers products have non-human caused quality problems (such as breakage, machine failure, machine failure to start, blockage, etc.) after use.
5. Return Process
If you need to return an item, you may do so as follows:

Industryleaderw.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).
Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
Please send the Garden Sprinklers product in its original packaging to 10 Cypress Dr, Asheville, North Carolina.
After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.
-Name of courier company
-Tracking number
6. Refund Amount
Once the returned Garden Sprinklers arrives at Industryleaderw.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
